Incoming memberships are currently handled by the High Command.
There are two ways to reach him currently.

Basic guidelines for joining are:


1. Make an ORIGINAL character and tech spec. It must state personality, abilities in both modes, and reasons for joining Spectral Death.
2. Make an original picture or get someone to make it for you.
3. Keep the average of the stats below 7.9 (do not use Rank in your calculations).
