Function: Tracker "Ever see the inside of a star?" 
 Bataract soars high looking for his next victim. He is a scientist, but prefers the leisure activity of hunting prey. Bataract is very chatty with all Spectral Death members whether they want to talk with him or not. At any given time he can be found hanging upside down from many areas on the Doom Gaze, popping up where he is both least expected and least wanted. In robot mode, Bataract uses energy blasts from his hands to stun enemies. When possible in close range attacks, he can overload the optic circuits of enemies by looking straight at their eyes. Once they are stunned he tears his victim apart with his claws. In bat mode, Bataract does not change much in appearance. However, he gains faster flight and the ability to carry more weight. His jaws are also powerful enough to bite limbs in half. His blinding ability is also increased by 100 km, and his ability to send and receive sonar increases ten fold. Bataract joined Spectral Death after getting bored with the Decepticons. He felt he did not have enough time to pursue his own interests. They consist mainly of hunting down and destroying any life forms he finds dislikable at a given point. He is suspected of having ties to The Cult of Mordalis outside of Spectral Death. |
