1. Raptors are sent by the Cult of Mordalis

Just as the Seekers are of the Decepticons, Raptors are of the Cult of Mordalis.

2. The same rules apply to Raptors as any other character submition

The character must be original with an original profile and picture of at least the robot mode.
The profile must state the character's general personality, abilities in all of its modes, and reason(s) for joining Spectral Death.

3. Everything is subject to approval
