A cruel and heartless warrior, devoted to destroying anything that isn't fit to be part of the universe. Likes to think of himself in charge, and often goes on power trips, most of which lead to brawls involving those he tries to command. Has an ego as big as his power trips and believes that not only is he the best warrior created, but also the most handsome one. Joined Spectral Death after leaving the Decepticons, whom he thought too incompetent to deserve a warrior of his greatness among them.

In robot mode, he carries a pulse blaster and has two shoulder mounted laser cannons. These cannons deliver a burst of energy capable of paralyzing opponents long enough for Zip Zap to make the final strike. In manta ray form, he his incredibly agile under water and can fire pulses of electricity from his stinger tail. He is able to use anti gravity devices in manta form which enable him limited movement out of water, and can hover a few meters from the ground.

His manta wings are vunerable to attack in both robot and manta forms. His ego is often his biggest flaw, as he tries to prove himself in battles he can't win.
